Hello,

I am Kate Hohenstein, a lover + explorer of space creation and curation.

From a young age, I experienced an intense interplay between my internal and external worlds. I am on a lifelong quest to explore, understand and deepen the relationship between myself and my mental, physical, emotional and spiritual spaces. This journey has taken me simultaneously deeply inward and outward to many places I’ve called home, including Zanzibar, Australia, Brazil and Israel.

I have traversed many careers + passions but currently identify as an activist, regenerative farmer, artist, anthropologist, writer, mind-body connection + movement guide, empowerment conductor, community builder and connector.
