INTENTIONAL SPACE CLEARING + ORGANIZING
With Mindful Spaces, transform your physical space into an intentional lived-in experience. Sessions are fully customizable experiences to ensure no two experiences are the same! Drawing from a toolbox of acquired mindfulness skills to help ground, focus and spark creativity and joy, Kate will tailor each session to your unique needs that day.
After we ground through mindfulness practices, we will move to align your physical stuff through organizing, planning and re-designing. Through clearance of the physical, we will generate expansion within.
Every experience includes:
Mindfulness grounding practices including intention setting, journaling, breath work, and/or yoga + light movement.
1: 1 coaching and hands-on assistance in planning, organizing and space clearing
