How do you move?

As an avid mover + shaker (of her body and society), Kate strongly believes in cultivating a strong, connected and unique relationship with her body and the way it moves.

She inspires others to do the same as a reminder that we always have direct access to our own tool for self-exploration + self-expression.

Using various modalities, somatic and embodiment work, practices from her own movement exploration and ones learned from her teachers, each time Kate moves with you it is to answer the needs of the unique space + time of that moment.

Her never-ending quest to know and love her body intimately has taken her through journeys with surfing, rock-climbing, running, dancing and yoga.
